Amy Migliore oversees Recruiting, Delivery, and Sales for Talent Groups’ East Region. She has been in the IT staffing industry since 2006, with a strong focus on healthcare IT, and is a recognized leader in recruiting and delivering highly qualified IT professionals to organizations throughout the country.

Amy began her career with Queen Consulting Group, where she oversaw Recruiting and Delivery prior to its acquisition by Talent Groups. Today, as Senior Vice President of the East Region, she partners closely with clients to support critical technology and information systems initiatives through expert consulting talent and technology project solutions.

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she is actively involved in adult soccer leagues in the Boston area and has previously coached at Tufts University. She currently resides in Rowley, Massachusetts, with her family.
