Amy Migliore serves as Senior Vice President overseeing Recruiting, Delivery, and Sales for Talent Groups’ East Region. Since beginning her career in IT staffing in 2006, Amy has built a strong reputation in healthcare IT and technology staffing, leading high-performing teams that deliver highly qualified IT professionals and technology project solutions to organizations nationwide.
Amy began her career with Queen Consulting Group, where she led Recruiting and Delivery prior to the company’s acquisition by Talent Groups. Today, she partners closely with clients to support critical technology and information systems initiatives while helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
Amy has played a key leadership role in uniting multiple legacy staffing brands under the Talent Groups banner, successfully integrating teams, streamlining operations, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture across recruiting and delivery organizations nationwide. Her leadership has helped drive the successful placement of thousands of consultants across the U.S., contributing to Talent Groups’ growth and recognition on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of the Largest IT Staffing Firms in the U.S.
Her recruiting and delivery operations were recognized internally as a model for efficiency and became the foundation for standardized operating procedures implemented across the organization. Amy has also supported global operational initiatives alongside Talent Groups’ Global Delivery Center in Hyderabad, India, helping drive consistency, performance, and cross-regional collaboration.
A recognized leader in healthcare IT staffing, Amy has helped expand Talent Groups’ footprint within the healthcare industry by supporting leading hospitals, payers, and providers with high-level HIT talent and workforce solutions, contributing to the company’s national recognition for healthcare IT staffing excellence.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she is actively involved in adult soccer leagues in the Boston area and has previously coached at Tufts University. She currently resides in Rowley, Massachusetts, with her family.
