Karen serves as Senior Vice President of Recruiting & Delivery for the West Region at Talent Groups. She brings more than 25 years of experience in IT staffing and talent acquisition, with deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing recruiting and delivery organizations. Prior to joining Talent Groups, Karen was Vice President of Recruiting & Delivery at Abacus Technical Services, which was acquired by Talent Groups in 2023. Since joining Abacus in 2007, she played a critical role in transforming the organization from a locally focused delivery model into a nationally driven recruiting enterprise.

Throughout her career, Karen has developed strategic partnerships that enabled the delivery of high-volume, quality-centric technical talent through flexible and competitive pricing frameworks. She leads a highly experienced delivery team dedicated to providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Before Abacus Technical Services, Karen led the Delivery organization at Adea Solutions, where she spearheaded several strategic initiatives, including large-scale resource acquisition programs that supplied global technical talent to enterprise clients. She was instrumental in establishing Adea’s domestic call center model and integrating it with an offshore global sourcing center, creating a rapid, just-in-time candidate acquisition and delivery framework for accelerated deployment across the United States.

Earlier in her career, Karen worked with Hestair Computer Group/Knight Programming in London, England, contributing to an international recruiting delivery model supporting both U.S. and European clients.

Karen attended the University of London, where she earned a Joint Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French and German), and also studied at L’Institut Britannique de Paris in France. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new cuisines.
