Natalie Valerioti serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talent Groups, bringing extensive accounting and finance leadership experience to the organization. In her role, she oversees all accounting and financial operations across both U.S. and India business units. In recognition of her leadership and impact within the staffing industry, Natalie was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
Prior to joining Talent Groups, Natalie spent 12 years at RSM, the fifth-largest audit, tax, and consulting firm, where she advanced through five roles and earned four promotions while leading large, multinational teams. She managed audits of financial statements and internal controls for primarily private equity-backed organizations across a range of industries, including business and professional services, consumer products, industrial products and services, and private equity funds.
Natalie brings deep expertise in private equity-related accounting and financial practices, with strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Natalie earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is actively involved in supporting her local food bank and organizations focused on the advancement and mentorship of women. A native Texan, Natalie grew up in Fort Worth and now resides in Houston with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, staying active, and following sports with her family.
