Natalie serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talent Groups, bringing extensive accounting and finance experience to the organization. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations across both U.S. and India business units. Prior to joining Talent Groups, Natalie spent 12 years at RSM, the fifth-largest audit, tax, and consulting firm, where she quickly advanced through five promotions and led large, multinational teams. She managed audits of financial statements and internal controls for primarily private equity-backed entities across a range of industries, including business and professional services, consumer products, industrial products and services, and private equity funds.

Natalie has deep expertise in private equity-related accounting and financial practices and is highly skilled in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Natalie earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is actively involved in supporting her local food bank and organizations focused on the advancement and mentorship of women. A native Texan, Natalie grew up in Fort Worth and now resides in Houston with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, running, and following her favorite sports teams with her family.
