Nathan Miller serves as Chief Information Officer at Talent Groups, bringing more than 30 years of experience across information technology, systems and network engineering, technology architecture, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of industries, including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, defense, public utilities, and software, earning a reputation as an analytical problem solver who focuses on understanding complex challenges and delivering practical, effective solutions.

Prior to joining Talent Groups, Nathan held senior leadership roles at Progilisys Solutions, which was acquired by Talent Groups, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of Solutions. In that role, he played a key part in expanding the company’s managed services capabilities and driving operational efficiency. Today, as CIO, Nathan is responsible for defining Talent Groups’ technical vision and leading enterprise-wide IT initiatives spanning infrastructure, applications, business intelligence, data management, and systems and data security.

As a leader, Nathan builds teams centered on trust, transparency, service, and value creation for both internal and external customers. He believes strong business relationships are rooted in alignment and mutual benefit, a philosophy shaped early in life and reinforced through professional experiences working with leaders such as Ross Perot and Ken Crabtree.

Nathan has spent most of his life in Arizona and is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management. He and his wife, Shannon, have been married for more than 30 years and have three grown children. They reside in a semi-rural area north of Phoenix, “where it still gets dark at night.” Outside of work, Nathan enjoys exploring Arizona with Shannon and pursuing his hobby as a metal welder and fabricator.
