Leadership

Nathan Miller

Nathan Miller serves as Chief Information Officer at Talent Groups, bringing more than 30 years of experience spanning systems and network engineering, technology architecture, project management, and executive leadership. He has worked across a wide range of industries — including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, defense, public utilities, and software — and has built a reputation as an analytical problem solver who takes the time to understand complex challenges before delivering practical, effective solutions.

Prior to joining Talent Groups, Nathan held senior leadership roles at Progilisys Solutions, a managed services and IT consulting firm acquired by Talent Groups, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and led their Solutions practice. In that role, he helped expand the company's managed services capabilities and drive operational efficiency. Today, as CIO, he is responsible for defining Talent Groups' technical vision and leading enterprise-wide IT initiatives across infrastructure, applications, business intelligence, data management, and information security.

Nathan works to lead as a servant leader — focused on removing barriers, coaching, and creating the conditions for his team to do great things for customers. He believes strong business relationships are rooted first in trust, and in seeking genuine alignment and mutual benefit; a philosophy shaped early in life and reinforced through years of working alongside leaders such as Ross Perot and Ken Crabtree.

Nathan has spent most of his life in Arizona and is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in management. He and his wife, Shannon, have been married for more than three decades and have three grown children and two grandchildren. They live in a semi-rural area north of Phoenix, "where it still gets dark at night." Outside of work, Nathan enjoys exploring America with Shannon, working on vintage vehicles, and welding and metal fabrication in his shop.
