Experience:
- 2+ years experience working in high level admin/coordinator role
- Experience working with D2L (Desire2Learn) system
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience
- Strong Excel Skills
Top Skills:
- Robust experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (course schedules, data tracking—not advanced analytics/reporting).
- General analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills, specifically ability to interact with physicians and faculty members who may be pressed for time.
Main Responsibilities:
- LMS Course creation and configuration support (NOT original content creation).
- Document management: loading/uploading course/lecture materials (approx. 80 docs per course).
- Communication with faculty to obtain documents/information.
- General administrative support
