Job Description:
Experience:
  • 2+ years experience working in high level admin/coordinator role
  • Experience working with D2L (Desire2Learn) system
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience
  • Strong Excel Skills

Top Skills:
  • Robust experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (course schedules, data tracking—not advanced analytics/reporting).
  • General analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, specifically ability to interact with physicians and faculty members who may be pressed for time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • LMS Course creation and configuration support (NOT original content creation).
  • Document management: loading/uploading course/lecture materials (approx. 80 docs per course).
  • Communication with faculty to obtain documents/information.
  • General administrative support
