We are seeking a senior, hands-on Change Manager to support the launch and execution of multiple global digital transformation programs within our Global Supply Chain organization. This role is for a practitioner — someone who personally executes change activities, leads workstreams end-to-end, and partners deeply with business and technology teams to drive adoption.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner to program leadership, owning the change execution required to move initiatives from strategy through adoption and sustainment.
This role is ideal for someone who has led change inside large, complex, global organizations, worked across cultures and geographies, and understands how to translate technical change into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Execute Change Across Global Programs
Own and personally execute change management activities across multiple concurrent programs and projects.
Partner with program and project managers to embed change activities directly into delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
Manage multiple change workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing efforts based on business impact and readiness.
Change Impact, Readiness, and Adoption
Conduct detailed change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
Identify gaps between current and future-state processes, capabilities, and behaviors, and define actions to close them.
Drive readiness, testing, and adoption activities to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained — not just launched.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Partnership
Work across global, cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Digital/IT, Operations, and Business Leadership.
Partner closely with Technical Business Analysts and delivery teams to align technology changes with business requirements and user needs.
Act as a thought partner to leaders, proactively raising risks, dependencies, and adoption concerns.
Communications Strategy and Execution
Build and execute comprehensive change and communication strategies aligned to program objectives.
Develop hands-on deliverables including key messages, FAQs, change updates, leader talking points, and audience-specific communications.
Ensure communications are timely, practical, and tailored to global, multi-language, and multicultural audiences.
Training and Leader Enablement
Support the design and delivery of role-based training and reinforcement activities.
Equip leaders and managers with the tools, messaging, and guidance needed to lead their teams through change.
Actively support leaders during key transition points, not just at go-live.
Measure, Adjust, and Sustain
Define adoption and success metrics; monitor progress and adjust tactics as needed.
Collect feedback from impacted teams and use insights to refine change approaches.
Ensure changes are fully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
~10+ years of change management experience (flexible for candidates with significant scale, complexity, and hands-on delivery experience).
Demonstrated experience implementing change, not just designing strategies (e.g., impact assessments, readiness, testing, adoption).
Strong working knowledge of change frameworks; ADKAR experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience supporting large, complex, global transformation initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Supply Chain or operations-focused transformation experience.
Global experience working across regions, cultures, and languages.
Consulting or outsourced support experience embedded within enterprise teams.
Experience partnering closely with technology teams to translate technical change into business outcomes.
