Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Epic Analyst with a strong focus on Ambulatory settings for an exciting opportunity involving the implementation of Wisdom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the transition from Dentrix to Wisdom, ensuring seamless integration with Epic EMR. This position requires a deep understanding of Ambulatory operations, local availability, and the ability to interface with various applications, including X-ray and surgical systems.

Responsibilities:
Ambulatory Expertise:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Ambulatory operations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize Epic build for Ambulatory settings.
  • Ensure a high level of proficiency in Ambulatory functionality.

Epic Wisdom Implementation:
  • Facilitate the conversion from Dentrix to Wisdom within the Epic environment.
  • Interface Wisdom with the X-ray application and other relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with surgical and procedural applications for seamless data flow.

Interface Development:
  • Oversee the development and optimization of interfaces for smooth data flow between systems.
  • Ensure true interoperability and seamless integration of Wisdom with existing applications.

Ancillary Support:
  • Provide support during the anchor day, scheduled once per month, for team collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Offer weekly support during the implementation phase and pick up ancillary support post go-live.

Epic Wisdom Experience:
  • Preferred experience with Epic Wisdom, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt to the Wisdom application during the implementation process.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Epic Analyst with a focus on Ambulatory settings.
  • Strong understanding of Dentrix, Epic EMR, and Ambulatory workflows.
  • Ability to interface Wisdom with X-ray applications and surgical systems.
  • Experience with interface development and data flow optimization.
  • Knowledge of true interoperability practices.

Location Requirement:
  • Candidates must be local to Massachusetts.

Team Dynamics:
  • Collaborate effectively with the team during the anchor day and implementation phases.
  • Engage in ongoing communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
