Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital-first content strategies for the organization, serving care seekers, healthcare professionals, and researcher audiences.
  • Create, update, and optimize content across the digital experience, ensuring it is clear, accessible, user-centered, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner across Marketing and Communication teams to shape user journeys within new and evolving digital experiences.
  • Craft high-impact content, including messaging frameworks, headlines, body copy, microcopy, and calls to action that drives engagement and supports user needs.
  • Lead and contribute to content testing initiatives, including A/B testing and content experimentation, to improve user experience.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and analytics to inform content strategy, decision-making, and continuous optimization.
  • Apply SEO best practices, content governance standards, and UX principles to improve discoverability and usability.
  • Help establish and evolve content standards, best practices, and scalable approaches across digital properties.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in content strategy, content design, UX writing, digital content creation, or related field.
  • Experience developing content strategies and translating business, user, and organizational goals into effective digital experiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects with minimal oversight, and seamlessly shift between big-picture strategic planning and detail-oriented content development.
  • Familiarity with content testing methodologies, analytics, and performance measurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, UX writing, and accessibility standards, and how they influence content strategy and creation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
  • An understanding of user-centered design principles and how content can solve user experience challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, product managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education :
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
