What You’ll Do
Lead Engaging Training Programs

• Design and deliver impactful EHS training across multiple teams and locations
• Bring content to life through interactive sessions, workshops, and real-world applications
• Continuously improve training materials to stay current and effective

• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and implement solutions
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for safety best practices
• Help embed safety into everyday operations

• Ensure all training aligns with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Track and maintain training records and certifications
• Monitor program effectiveness and continuously raise the bar

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, HR, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in EHS training or a similar role
• Strong communication skills—you can engage a room and make complex topics clear
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and training best practices
