Job Description
The client is looking for an Epic Beacon Protocol Analyst to support the end-to-end lifecycle of Beacon implementations, including analysis, build, testing, training, and go-live activities. This role focuses on developing and optimizing Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows while collaborating cross-functionally to keep builds aligned with project timelines and organizational standards. The analyst will also identify and escalate risks, contribute to issue resolution and migration strategies, and mentor team members while working both independently and collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of Beacon areas.
- Work and build Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows.
- Work directly with all applications to ensure the Beacon build stays on track according to project timelines.
- Escalate any issues or risks to the Ancillary Director and Beacon Lead immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks.
- Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring.
- Perform other duties as required.
