Job Description
- The EPIC Facility Structure Analyst is responsible for the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic's facility structure.
- This role involves ensuring a scalable and accurate configuration that supports long-term operational, clinical, and billing needs.
- Project and Solution Implementation: Analyzing, verifying, tracking, and recommending for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions.
- Liaison Between Teams: Serving as a liaison between business and technology teams, participating in developing and delivering training programs.
- HIPAA Compliance: Assisting implementation teams in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.
- Solution Audits: Performing solution audits, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
- Post Implementation Support: Conducting post implementation satisfaction surveys, advising management of results, and recommending actions.
- Customer Support: Consulting with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.
