Job Description
- An Epic OpTime Analyst is a specialized IT professional who configures, maintains, and optimizes the Epic OpTime module to manage surgical workflows, scheduling, and anesthesia documentation.
- They act as a liaison between clinical staff (surgeons, nurses) and IT, creating build solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades to enhance operating room efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of OpTime
- The ability to learn Northwell workflows, ask questions as needed initially, and ultimately take ownership of incidents while resolving them independently and proactively
- Strong productivity and the ability to manage and resolve a meaningful volume of incidents
- Willingness to contribute to enhancement work in addition to incident support
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Reliable internet connectivity and consistent availability during working hours
