Job Description
- Design, Build, and Implementation: The analyst is responsible for the design, build, and implementation of Epic OpTime/Anesthesia systems, ensuring they meet operational and application requirements.
- End-User Meetings: Facilitating end-user meetings and providing advanced operational/application build expertise to meet customer goals.
- Project Management: Leading team projects, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of complex assignments.
- Workflow Process Changes: Working with users and leadership to develop and modify procedures due to workflow process changes related to Epic clinical and business application use.
- Documentation and Support: Documenting current workflows, specifications, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information.
- Testing and Evaluation: Participating in testing, user training, and results evaluation to ensure the system's effectiveness and user satisfaction.
