Job Description
The Epic Orders/Bugsy Analyst is responsible for various tasks related to implementing and maintaining Epic applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement: Collaborating with customers to identify and implement deliverables as agreed upon in the statement of work.
- Technical Support: Providing tier-two support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system functionality meets business requirements.
- Project Management: Leading projects, documenting procedures, and managing system changes as per user requests.
- Documentation and Testing: Creating test scripts, performing testing, and maintaining ongoing maintenance and configuration updates.
