Job Description

An Epic Ambulatory/EpicCare Link Analyst designs, builds, tests, and supports EpicCare Ambulatory EHR applications, focusing on outpatient clinical workflows and community provider access (Link).
They translate clinical needs into system configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows for physicians and staff.
The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow skills, communication skills, and is accountable for picking up and closing tickets without waiting for assignments.
