Job Description
- An Epic Outpatient/Healthy Planet Analyst is responsible for configuring, building, and optimizing Epic’s population health management tools (Healthy Planet) and ambulatory workflows.
- They collaborate with clinical leaders to manage care gaps, registries, and data analytics to drive value-based care and improve patient outcomes
