Job Description
Epic Patient Experience Analyst resources needed to support go-live activities and post-stabilization efforts. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience supporting Epic patient-facing applications and working in fast-paced healthcare implementation environments.
Responsibilities
- Role specialized in My Chart, Welcome Applications are key. MyChart Bedside and Hello World as well
- Experience supporting Epic go-lives, command center activities, stabilization, and end-user issue resolution in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of patient-facing digital workflows, patient engagement tools, and operational impacts across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow and application issues, collaborate with operational teams, and escalate technical concerns appropriately during go-live support.
- Prior experience working in large-scale healthcare transformation or Epic implementation environments strongly preferred.
