An Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst configures, tests, and maintains the Epic EHR system for hospital billing workflows.
They focus on revenue cycle efficiency, troubleshooting charging/claims, managing workqueues (WQs), and ensuring accurate billing.
Key duties include collaborating with finance, building system enhancements, and supporting end-users.
