Job Description
  • This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Resolute PB team alongside a team manager, providing expert guidance, helping to managing our implementation resources, and ensuring the continuous optimization and stability of our PB system.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep Epic Resolute PB certification and experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Provides external expertise in optimizing EPIC post-implementation.
  • Reviews workflows, system design, and adoption.
  • Recommends strategies for efficiency and best practice adoption.
  • Requires consulting experience and deep EPIC knowledge.
