Job Description
This role serves as a key point of contact for business partners, providing support and resolving issues related to Atlassian products while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position involves designing, developing, and implementing enhancements, as well as optimizing system performance and managing integrations across connected applications. Additionally, the role supports documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts while leveraging strong technical expertise in software development and modern tools.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to Atlassian
- products. Provide timely and effective resolution to customer-reported problems and incidents. Collaborate with
- cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in small-scale development projects to enhance Atlassian functionality and meet evolving business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Atlassian solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the
- improvement of existing processes and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Atlassian implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. Collaborate with team members to conduct
- periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.
- Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the Atlassian
- ecosystem. Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between Atlassian products and integrated applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Atlassian implementation configurations, enhancements, and
- troubleshooting procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in software development
- Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Groovy, or Python programming and development
- Experience working with Unix systems and shell scripting; relational databases such as Oracle, PostGres and SQL
- Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs, troubleshooting and resolving
- technical issues. Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical
- stakeholders; continuously learn and grow, staying up to date with new technologies, best practices, and industry
- trends
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership, collaborate with team members, and
- contribute to a supportive and high-performing development environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Atlassian Data Center and Cloud products
- Familiarity with related Atlassian technologies and industry best practices
