Position Summary
  • Support the client's early childhood data system.
  • Partner with the Administrator and system vendor to maintain and enhance system operations.
  • Manage technology initiatives, Salesforce administration activities, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
  • Lead small-scale system enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment of system changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
  • Support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
  • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Experience using Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience working in government, healthcare, education, or human services environments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing vendors and technical consultants.
