Position Summary
- Support the client's early childhood data system.
- Partner with the Administrator and system vendor to maintain and enhance system operations.
- Manage technology initiatives, Salesforce administration activities, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
- Lead small-scale system enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment of system changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
- Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Experience using Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience working in government, healthcare, education, or human services environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing vendors and technical consultants.
