The Value, Access, and Policy (VAP) Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support payer and reimbursement marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies and managing day-to-day operations in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including field teams, patient services, brand, business intelligence, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact for VAP Marketing, coordinating projects, managing internal processes, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting meetings and events, managing contracts and purchase orders, maintaining marketing systems and compliance documentation, and assisting with promotional review processes.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Candidates should be self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related function
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, including familiarity with MLR processes and tools such as Veeva, is preferred
