Job Description
- The Marketing Contractor – Systems Management provides project coordination and operational support to the Wipes brand team in support of its brands and business objectives.
- In this role, the marketing coordinator works with various members of cross-functional teams to track key projects, manage product claims, and coordinate new item setup, keeping marketing initiatives accurate, organized, and on time.
- Design Control – serve as the marketing lead for Design Control, our process for developing, reviewing, and approving product and packaging changes before they go to market. You'll lead the team in tracking progress and timelines across all key marketing-led projects to ensure Design Review is completed ahead of launch.
- Claims Management (ETQ) – owns the recurring claims review meeting and ongoing maintenance of the claims management system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of approved consumer-facing messaging.
- New Item Setup & SKU Vetting (SLM) – owns the coordination and process for SKU vetting, and serves as the initial system point of contact for new item kick-off.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent of 3+ years of work experience, prior CPG experience is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to steward cross-functional teams across multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as a contributing member of the team.

- Proven strong oral and written communication and active listening skills and able to communicate with all levels of leadership
- Proven analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Demonstrates high standard of professionalism and work ethic, decision-making ability, and adaptability/flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work within various computer systems, including Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, graphics management systems, etc.
