Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on developing and validating OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across Human Capital Management subject areas (e.g. Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have strong functional HCM Workforce Management knowledge combined with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly in healthcare or other complex, shift-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop OTBI transactional reports, BI Publisher (BIP) formatted reports and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards.
- Build reports across Human Capital Management Subject Areas: Absence Management, Core HR, Talent, Recruiting and Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll
- Partner with HR functional team members to assess needs, translate business requirements into reporting solutions and deliver scalable reporting
- Develop HCM reporting and executive dashboard solutions to support workforce analytics
- Support SIT/UAT testing and post-go-live stabilization
Required Skills & Experience
Functional Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management modules
- Understanding of payroll processing and time calculation rules
- Experience in healthcare or shift-based workforce environments preferred
- Knowledge of overtime, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including platform knowledge, workbook creation, calculations and parameters
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of Fusion HCM Workforce Management subject areas and data structures
- Experience supporting reporting during full lifecycle implementations
