Job Description
- This is a high-impact, temporary position focused on maintaining momentum for the client.
- The primary objective is to align and prepare four key workstreams, Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support to ensure a seamless launch for the upcoming project phase.
- This role serves as the bridge between current operations and future requirements prioritizing workstream alignment, gap analysis, and stakeholder continuity, to ensure operational readiness.
- Assess the current progress of the Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support teams to ensure all activities are synchronized with the broader project roadmap.
- Identify and flag any potential adoption risks or performance gaps that could impact the upcoming rollout, developing immediate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain trusted relationships with agency leaders and stakeholders, ensuring they remain informed, engaged, and "project-ready".
- Oversee the finalization of critical prep materials, including user readiness assessments and the initial design of the post-implementation support model.
- Lead and motivate four diverse teams (comprising of state and vendor staff), ensuring weekly tasks stay on track and align with PMO milestones.
- Provide regular progress reports to program leadership and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure project continuity.
- Proven ability to quickly "step into" a complex project environment and build immediate credibility with a large team.
- Deep understanding of OCM methodologies with specific experience in readiness assessments and alignment strategies.
- Skilled at balancing day-to-day "firefighting" with long-term strategic preparation.
