Job Description
An Epic Outpatient/Healthy Planet Analyst is responsible for configuring, building, and optimizing Epic’s population health management tools (Healthy Planet) and ambulatory workflows. They collaborate with clinical leaders to manage care gaps, registries, and data analytics to drive value-based care and improve patient outcomes.
