Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage all client levels—from pharmacy owners to clerks
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts, including owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for inbound calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets from assigned accounts
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed

We’re excited to grow our Account Management team with individuals who can deliver expert support and personalized service—acting as the dedicated point of contact for assigned pharmacy clients.


What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts, including owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for inbound calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets from assigned accounts
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Accurately document all interactions and actions in tracking software
  • Provide guidance to configure software and computer settings to meet each client’s unique needs
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions by collaborating with internal teams
  • Communicate clearly with clients about ticket status, purchases, and requests
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Become an expert on the organization's software suite to guide clients in best practices
  • Provide onsite and web-based training of the organization's pharmacy software as needed
  • Participate in occasional on-call rotation or overtime work when assigned
     
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required (customer service, retail pharmacy, technical support, or similar)
  • Pharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field preferred
  • Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage all client levels—from pharmacy owners to clerks
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong typing and documentation abilities
  • Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with the organization's products is a plus
  • Solid basic computer skills and proven ability to quickly master new software applications
