Job Description
The digital team is seeking a motivated highly specialized AI Product Consultant to bridge the gap between our vision and our technical execution. In this role, you'll partner with Senior Product Owners to deliver impactful features across the client's digital platforms and mobile applications. In this role, you will act as the primary translator between stakeholders and developers, ensuring our AI projects are built with athletic integrity and technical precision.
Major Duties
- Serve as the "Product Owner" for specific AI workstreams, ensuring the output aligns with the strategic vision of the program.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover and define business needs with clarity and precision
- Transform business requirements into detailed, developer-ready documentation for front-end web solutions
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax within Agile frameworks
- Maintain and refine product backlogs in Jira, ensuring priorities align with strategic goals
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and enable accurate estimation
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with UX/Design teams to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements
- Identify enhancement opportunities to continuously improve user experience
- Assist in change management after each major release through communication documentation, training sessions, and support. Key Performance Indicators

- 5+ years of experience writing requirements for Web/Java development or e-commerce platforms.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of iterative development practices.
- Hands-on experience writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax (Given/When/Then format) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and wireframing/flow-charting software.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of tennis or a passion for the sport is a bonus.
