Duties
  • Lead complex digital projects from start to finish: websites, mobile apps, MarTech and content platforms
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and critical-path dependencies across several workstreams
  • Manage scope, change control and release planning, including MVP and post-launch phases
  • Own RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and put mitigation plans in place
  • Coordinate several third-party vendors and hold them accountable for SOW deliverables, defect fixes and deadlines
  • Track project finances, including actuals, forecasts and estimates to complete, and confirm vendor invoices
  • Oversee testing readiness, including UAT, defect triage, regression and go/no-go decisions
  • Run status meetings, Scrum of Scrums and steering committee updates
  • Write concise status reports for senior leadership
  • Follow PMO governance, including project control documents, funding requests and audit documentation
Skills
  • Over 7 years of project management, with at least 3 years delivering digital projects (web, mobile, eCommerce or MarTech)
  • Has led full website replatforms or digital launches in a matrixed organization with many vendors
  • Comfortable with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, and with hybrid approaches
  • Good working knowledge of digital platforms such as CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO and content authoring workflows
  • Very proficient in Jira and Confluence; experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or Clarity
  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting metrics
  • Strong at managing vendors and negotiating with them
  • Clear, executive-ready writing and speaking; can keep complex status brief
  • Spots risks early, solves problems and makes decisions under deadline pressure
  • Builds working relationships across business, technology, creative and vendor teams
  • Hospitality, travel or loyalty experience is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe) preferred
