Job Description
Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on:
- Support for planning activities such as roadmap development, and dependency management across teams.
- Weekly status of the Program
- Documentation delivery to ensure action items are completed, reviewed, and approved,
- Program spending and program metrics.
- Program requirements, documentation, issues, funding and risks.
- Meeting logistics, notices, written communication and meeting minutes.
- Program objectives via metrics and reports for distribution.
- Program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members.
- Tasks and action items pertinent to the success of the individual projects.
- Program and project changes as needed.
- Communications to internal clients, team members and leadership.
- Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations and vendors.
- Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances, etc.) and Cloud environments, specifically Azure.
- Basic project management and administration processes and principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the equivalent.
