Job Description:
- Role requires previous experience with Salesforce, delivering projects using Agile methods, and navigating complex environments with competing priorities.
- Preference for experience in higher education environments and previous work in a matrixed organization.
- Additional requirement to work onsite to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Role will work closely with partners in Executive Education IT and HBS IT and will be responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of Agile ceremonies and the health of the Salesforce development lifecycle within HBS Executive Education.
- Reporting functionally to Director, PPMO and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure that the technical team (external vendor staff and internal developers) are empowered to deliver high-quality Salesforce features across 11 departments.
