Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management and operational implementation of all client funded projects to ensure they meet the client strategic objectives.
- Manage the operational and business work flows and tasks in support of the Project Sustainability Plan.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of system and business processes need to implement client funded projects
- Responsible for all operations including anticipated operational risks and mitigation strategy to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations.
- Responsible for effectively managing client priorities and the escalation of issues and key decisions points as needed and as appropriate to leadership.
- Participate in the stakeholder engagement process and collaboration with CMS, state agencies, and stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience working in government funded programs such as Medicaid or other public-sector healthcare programs.
- Experience in project management, business analytics, and organizational readiness.
- Experience with managing complex, cross functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MPH, MPA, or related field).
- Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Program
- Experience supporting healthcare transformation or grant-funded initiatives.
