Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 years of proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, and closure

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational processes

  • Manage project budgets and provide regular status reports to leadership

  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates

  • Handle change management and ensure proper documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across projects


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus

  • Experience working in IT, software development, or enterprise environments

  • Exposure to global or cross-functional teams
