Job Description:

- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear, persuasive marketing and program materials with Hotels, Senior Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to build reports, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments and all levels of the organization
- Customer-focused mindset with understanding of both seller and client perspectives
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Familiarity with sales processes, loyalty marketing, and/or hospitality sales preferred
Requirements:
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales programs, loyalty marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using data and reporting to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira highly preferred.
