Job Description
This role focuses on developing and executing Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) test scripts, including creating and managing centralized test data to support system validation and integration. The position also involves working with China Golden Tax requirements, modifying cXML and XML invoice data, and supporting VIM ingestion, OCR, and payment testing within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Additionally, the role contributes to training material development and requires strong expertise in SAP, OpenText VIM, and related financial and integration technologies.
Activities
- Develop I2P test scripts to support the test cases for I2P.
- Currently have about 100 scenarios that would need to be duplicated (HK & CH). Yet some of the 100 requirements could be consolidated into single scenarios. Thus, likely not 100 different test scenarios.
- No embedded data Data for script execution should be maintained centrally and reference the test case.
- Support development of test data
- Both above need to be completed by Mar. 27th. Working to get extension so that two delivery dates: Mar. 27th and Apr. 10.
- Test data creation is needed to identify and modify China Golden Tax cXML files and modify to match test POs for VIM ingestion.
- Test data creation is needed for China Golden Tax legal xml invoices, and possibly some other manual documents for VIM PDF ingestion and testing BCC/OCR. For payment testing, there may be some FI invoice creation needed.
- Test data creation is needed to identify and modify China Golden Tax cXML files and modify to match test POs for VIM ingestion.
- As C2 build is also moving along, there is nothing stopping us developing the scripts for C2 as well.
- Develop training material (once test scripts complete)
- Coupa, Vertex Tax, EDI, and OpenText Business Network Portal.
- SAP ABAP (Expert), SAP Workflow, FI-AP, MM-LIV, S/4HANA migrations.
- OpenText VIM (Versions 3.4.7 through 23.4), Business Center, IES, Core Capture, BCC/ICC.
