- Experience: 8+ years of high-impact Business Analysis experience, preferably in a consultative or client-facing role.
- CRM & Salesforce Mastery (Required): Deep experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is mandatory. You do not just know Salesforce exists; you understand its object model, its limitations, and how to leverage it to solve real-world problems. Certifications
