Job Description:
This role differs materially from the standard analyst role. This person must operate as a true consultant to the business, including:
- Diagnosing recruiting/retention challenges
- Interpreting compensation trends
- Pulling together multiple data sources (market, turnover, TA feedback, etc.)
- Building recommendations for leaders
- Performing advanced cost modeling
- This resource needs to be able to independently take a business problem, analyze root causes, and propose actionable compensation solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong senior-level compensation experience
- Healthcare compensation experience is required
- Ability to perform consultative, strategic analysis
- Advanced costing and presentation skills
