Job Description:
This is a system-level operational leadership role, not a caretaker position. The organization is looking for someone with significant hospital supply chain operations experience who can quickly establish credibility with the team, independently lead the work, and keep current priorities moving forward.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Hospital supply chain operations across the two principal campuses
- Day-to-day leadership of the existing operations team
- Warehouse operations
- Key distributor and supplier relationships, including Cardinal and McKesson
- Continued deployment of major initiatives, including the NICU and Scottish Rite 2-Bin implementations
- Procedural operations oversight as needed
- For the interim period, linen services will return to EVS, and HTM/biomedical engineering will be managed through a separate leadership structure. This should allow the interim leader to remain focused on the highest-priority supply chain operational responsibilities.
