Job Description
- The client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
- This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.
- Duties include: create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
- Develop and modify moderately complex information
- Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and devise technical solutions
- Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts
