Our client, a financial services organization undergoing a digital banking platform migration, is looking for a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead program governance for the initiative — coordinating stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and delivery activities, on-site in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program governance for the digital banking transformation initiative
- Manage the program roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams
- Oversee resource planning, testing/QA, release management, and budget tracking
- Drive issue resolution and keep vendor implementation teams aligned with internal stakeholders
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and report program status to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programs
- Banking, digital banking, or financial services experience required
- Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with FIS products
