Job Description:
Work Experience :
- 5-8 years experience with Workday.
- Experience configuring and maintaining business processes, including creating condition rules.
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday security and general knowledge of Workday integration concepts.
- Demonstrated experience writing Workday reports and creating calculated fields.
- Experience using Workday Prism, Drive, and Worksheets preferred.
- Ability to guide other ITS Workday staff on development and analysis and assist other members of the ITS team as needed.
- Ability to guide and train staff on Workday reporting writing techniques is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and understand the urgency of deadlines, strong customer service skills.
- Functional knowledge of HR and Finance core business processes as well as strong systems analysis and support background, having demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required.
- Functional knowledge of student information systems a plus.
- Experience with data governance and in maintaining a high degree of discretion with data.
- Higher Ed experience is preferred.
- The ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required.
Education :
- BA/BS required; Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Related Field preferred or equivalent HRIS work experience.
