Job Summary:
The Workforce Analytics team provides reporting tools, analysis, and insights that empower leaders to make key people decisions and drive business value. The Senior Workforce Analyst leverages workforce data, analytics, and business acumen to identify trends, uncover root causes, and translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders, this role turns unclear or evolving business questions into actionable analyses, bringing structure to ambiguity through data-driven problem solving and insight-led storytelling. By combining workforce expertise, analytics, and business context, the Senior Workforce Analyst helps leaders understand key issues, evaluate risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Must-Have:
  • Excel proficiency
  • experience in People Analytics (aka workforce analytics, HR Analytics, talent analytics)
  • HR/Workforce Metrics Expertise
  • PowerPoint proficiency

  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in Management Consulting
  • Oracle Fusion, OTBI, BIP

Minimum Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Lead complex workforce analyses using advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
  • Lead the consultation, stakeholder management and development of dashboards, reports,
  • and data visualizations related to workforce metrics.
  • Leverage advanced storyboarding techniques to transform data findings into compelling
  • narratives that that drive strategic decision making.
  • Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high
  • standard of precision
  • Partner with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand workforce challenges and data needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely
  • with IT and other stakeholders
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Experience in Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data
    Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).
