Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead implementation and optimization of Security Operations capabilities and emerging AI governance tooling for a large healthcare organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role spans Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, threat intelligence integrations, and workflow automation, and includes standing up governance and monitoring for AI-enabled workflows using ServiceNow's AI Control Tower — a chance to build AI governance practice from the ground up rather than inherit an established one. You'll work directly with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders to turn their requirements into platform solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Security Operations solutions, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
- Design and optimize security incident management, vulnerability remediation, and response workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, and other enterprise security technologies
- Build and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and platform configurations to improve security operations efficiency
- Support vulnerability identification, prioritization, assignment, remediation tracking, and reporting
- Use the ServiceNow CMDB to provide asset and configuration context to security operations processes
- Support enterprise AI governance using AI Control Tower, including monitoring AI activity, usage, cost, risk, and compliance
- Partner with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- Build dashboards and reports giving visibility into security operations and AI governance, and document configurations and technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with significant experience in Security Operations
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Operations (CIS-SecOps)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Hands-on experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) and/or Vulnerability Response (VR)
- AI Control Tower implementation experience, or completion of the AICT learning path
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, vulnerability scanners, or threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and platform integrations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity incident management and vulnerability management processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) or – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
- Experience with ServiceNow AI, Agent Fabric, or other AI-enabled workflow automation
- Experience with security governance, risk, and compliance
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
