Job Description:
Provide critical support across strategy, governance, and planning activities to ensure continuity during current staffing gaps.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with IT Service Planning
- IT operating model support including updates to the Service Delivery roadmap
- Managing DSF financial processes
- Supporting quarterly Strategic Initiative reporting efforts
- Other Strategy & Planning related duties as assigned.
Top Skills:
- Strong organization, detail-orientation, and collaboration.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, networking, and reviewing documentation and asking questions to understand actions needed.
- Familiarity with budgeting and accounting processes will be helpful.
- Will use MS Office products and ServiceNow often.
