  • Use SQL/PLSQL to profile data, validate assumptions, investigate anomalies, and support data quality initiatives.
  • Apply AI/LLM tools to: accelerate requirements analysis, generate draft documentation, test cases, and data rules, summarize complex policy or technical content, and support rapid prototyping and solution exploration
  • Collaborate with MDM developers, architects, and data stewards to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
  • Participate in system testing, data validation, and defect triage, including AI assisted test generation where appropriate.
  • Produce clear, concise documentation suitable for technical and non technical audiences.
  • Support continuous improvement of MDM processes, data governance practices, and AI enabled workflows.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies with clarity and professionalism.

Required Skills
  • Strong SQL or PL/SQL skills (data profiling, joins, aggregations, troubleshooting).
  • Ability to understand and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI/LLM tools (e.g., for analysis, summarization, prototyping, documentation).
  • Solid analytical and problem solving? abilities.
  • Strong communication skills - able to translate between business and technical perspectives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment and collaborate across teams.
  • Comfort with iterative, rapid turnaround? solution cycles.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation, orchestration or automation.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts (survivorship, matching, data quality, golden records).
  • Exposure to government programs, eligibility systems, or public sector data environments.
  • Experience with Oracle databases or enterprise data platforms.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or testing.

Qualifications
