Job Description:
Job Summary:
Performs treasury operations functions: including but not limited to, performing daily cash position, positive pay, wire transfer initiation and posting, stop payment; maintains all aspects of bank account maintenance including opening and closing of accounts, debit block release, etc; and assists on corporate card process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage setup of merchant accounts and user access within Elavon Payment Navigator
- Develop and enforce credit card processing policies and training materials
- Lead PCI DSS compliance planning, remediation, testing, and reporting activities
- Evaluate third-party and internal system compliance with PCI requirements
- Oversee lockbox operations and payroll check processing
- Reconcile and review p-card activity and provide guidance to cardholders
- Support Associate Director with special Treasury projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two (2) - four (4) years of experience in Treasury or Finance roles
- Experience in financial operations, policy development, and audit response
- Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and card payment systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
