Epic Certification Required: Willow Inpatient (Active)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Medication build
- Formulary management
- Understanding - synonyms, dispense codes, orderables and NDC mapping
- Order set/panel build experience
- Dispense Prep understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upgrade experience
- ServiceNow experience
- Alerts build/maintenance building experience - Drug-Drug, Duplicate therapy alerts, dosing alerts, allergy checking
- Interfaces
- Pyxis
- Medi-Span uploads
- DoseMeRx
- Logistics
- Calculators - Heparin, Insulin, etc.
- Alaris pump interoperability
- Willow Ambulatory
