- Collaborate with Workday implementation partners and internal teams to support on-time delivery of agreed deliverables, track and resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project milestones.
- Experience supporting data conversion cycles, including analysis of data extracts, error reports, and defect triage and resolution (preferably SAP SuccessFactors to Workday).
- Enable internal Workday Learning support teams across IT and the business through knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including coordination of test scenarios, defect tracking, and ad hoc testing.
- Support change management efforts by contributing to training, communications, and adoption strategies.
