Melissa has made an exceptional impact by leading the entire Patch Management operations for the RHEL environment, including all associated third-party applications. Her responsibilities span  server upgrades, the development of patch schedules, and the configuration of RHEL servers —a critical function that supports the health and security of the organization’s infrastructure.

Before Melissa joined the team, patching was a shared responsibility among various system administrators. Since stepping into her role, Melissa has  streamlined the process, introduced improved automation, and saved considerable time and resources across the organization . Her ability to centralize and optimize this program has been a game-changer.
