Carter has routinely gone above and beyond to support this newly formed team, taking ownership of key project-related responsibilities while simultaneously deepening his expertise in Smartsheet to develop creative, effective, and sustainable solutions that enhance operational workflows for the department. Carter joined the team with over 6 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specializing in clinical process development, validation, and quality systems. With a foundation in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance, Carter has led initiatives focused on process optimization across high-throughput environments. His experience collaborating with cross-functional teams has helped streamline workflows and ensure audit readiness. These experiences equipped Carter with the organizational, communication, and creative thinking skills to hit the ground running and add value from day one.
